Yunika opened a Vietnamese restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in November 2003. O't Xanh is located on Le Qui Don Street, a broad tree-lined avenue in the most fashionable part of the city, an area that can be compared to the trendiest parts of New York or Paris.
The name O't Xanh comes from the Vietnamese word for green chili. Named for this spice so essential to Vietnamese cooking, the restaurant offers fine Vietnamese dining at reasonable prices.
