Group Publicity and Advertising Campaign

The Public Relations Division handles Yunika Group publicity that involve diverse business projects, beginning with management of amusement establishments and building complexes. We are introducing a variety of aspects of Yunika and building bridges of communication between Yunika's shops and their customers through an internet homepage sales promotion tools. And soon together with an effort to achieve recognition from many people, we are working to form a unified corporate identity as a group.

Creating Corporate Value by Entering into New Projects

Our efforts to build a corporate brand do not stop with publicity only; we also endeavor to create company value through active involvement with new business projects. By making effective use of Shinjuku's entertainment aspects and the area's high public profile provided by arterial roadway frontage, we are developing an outdoor advertising media business as a part of commercial building construction projects developing along the frontage area of Shinjuku Station East Entrance.

YUNIKA VISION Delivering a new vision for society and for people-a full-scale launch of outdoor advertising projects

Yunika Building is set to open in front of the East Entrance of Shinjuku Station in the spring of 2010.

We plan and sell advertising space on a 350 m2 large-scale rooftop billboard installed on the building, with large-size LED vision screens (3 x 100 m2 each) equipped with highvision and text broadcasting features, as advertising media on a never-before-seen scale and imagination.

Together with utilizing these advertising screens as communication tools that conveniently connect people and urban center in a way that suits a prosperous society, we will also be creating new value.
