On April 16, 2010, Yunika Vision was born as Japan's largest billboard vision screen. From the start, we have held a high level of awareness in maintaining our originality in digital signage management, and have actively broadcast our self-produced programs. There is the difficulty of updating and producing programs on a daily basis, but our efforts not been in vain. Yunika Vision has steadily built its reputation through its rich broadcast content with dynamic audio and visuals. In recent years, it has become a Shinjuku landmark, appearing in numerous films and TV dramas. Also, we are actively involved working together with the Shinjuku community, broadcasting useful information on public services (e.g. Shinjuku City Office, Police Station, Fire Department). Yunika Vision not only functions as an outdoor billboard, but holds great potential. We are experimenting to expand the possibilities of outdoor digital signage, including interconnecting broadcasts with smartphone apps. We aim to continue our developments, advance with the digital age and become the pioneering leader in the digital signage industry.

I am part of the sales department and our operations mainly involve selling advertisement slots to be shown on our company's 'Yunika Vision', Japan's largest digital signage, and helping with our client's promotional productions everyday. Precisely understanding the forever changing market trends and surrounding business environments, we answer to the needs of our customers by fully utilizing Yunika Vision's dynamic 300-square meter mega-screen and high-quality audio system combined with the neighboring event space, as well as our company-developed Yunika Vision smartphone apps. We have also received a constant level of satisfaction from our clients regarding the creative application of the 3 screens of Yunika Vision and far-reaching audio quality in the busy Shinjuku area. With its uniqueness as our strength, we confidently present Yunika Vision as a cut above the rest in outdoor digital media. Utilizing the visibility of outdoor digital media and Yunika Vision's uniqueness, I aim to continue proposing effective advertisement plans for our clients and support their promotional operations.


Digital Signage Division Leader    Shingo Tonochi


Since joining the company in December 2011, I have been involved with Yunika Vision's program production, audio adjustment and control, and the planning and management of interconnecting event broadcasts using the event space. I am in charge of music programs, proposing program outlines to record labels and talent agencies for production. When airing music programs, we have SNS promotions from the performing artist's official site, such as Twitter and Facebook posts advertising the broadcast date, increasing the level of recognition of Yunika Vision among music fans. We carefully adjust the audio levels to provide the best sound experience to fans and passersby alike, putting our efforts into producing a great show for all sides. Recently, we have been conducting interconnecting events with smartphone apps which enables the audience to listen to the Yunika Vision sound through their smartphones. Also, for music fans who live far away and can't be at Shinjuku to join these events, we have done live broadcasts of the event through the Yunika Vision official website, Facebook and Twitter accounts. Also successfully carrying out surprise events, such as inviting the featured artist to appear live, in person at the event space (Seibu Shinjuku PePe Plaza), we continue to operate and produce programs with the aim to raise recognition and value.
